1. If  the  card  is  used as a credit card, there will be a $1 fee for each transaction

  2. There will be a $2.50  fee if money is received via ATM or if used as a debit card

  3. If you add funds to the card using paypal it is free, most local stores charge $3.00

  4. There is no monthly fee for a pay as you go card
